Rep. Reick, Woodstock Police Host Prescription Drug Drop Off Event

WOODSTOCK… State Representative Steve Reick (R-Woodstock) in partnership with the Woodstock Police Department will be collecting your unwanted or expired prescription drugs and safely disposing of them for FREE. This is a no questions asked drug takeback program in coordination with the DEA’s office.

The Prescription Drug Drop Off is an outside event happening this Saturday, April 30, 2022 and will take place from 10 am-2 pm at the Woodstock Police Department: 656 Lake Avenue, Woodstock, Illinois, 60098.

This event allows you to remain in your vehicle. Drivers should follow the marked lanes when entering and exiting the parking lot. Brochures on state programs will also be available. Prohibited items include any needles, liquids, or illicit drugs.

Rep. Reick said, “I am looking forward to another productive local event to properly dispose of any old, unused, or expired prescription medication. Thank you to the Woodstock Police Department for assisting the community with this service.”
