HB 2708: Amends the Missing Persons Identification Act to require law enforcement to report relevant information and DNA data about missing person’s cases to the National Missing and Unidentified Persons (NamUs) System.
HB 2818: Renames the Address Confidentiality for Victims of Domestic Violence Act as the “Address Confidentiality for Victims of Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault, or Stalking Act.” Provides that a person who is a victim of, among other things, sexual assault or stalking may also apply for the address confidentiality program under the Act.
SB 667: Limits a patient’s 30-day supply of insulin to $100.
SB 687 (Will not become law since the Constitutional Amendment failed): Would have established the Graduated Income Tax Rates if the Constitutional Amendment was approved by the voters in the 2020 general election.
Minimum Wage: The state’s minimum wage goes up to $11 for hourly workers, $6.60 for those who also earn tips, and youth workers get a bump up to $8.50.
